Who Can Attend

Club9 events are exclusively for high school students. Some nights may have additional grade, age, or school requirements, which will be listed on the event details.

Ticketing & Payments

All ticket sales and payment processing for Club9 events are handled entirely by Linkstub, an independent third-party ticketing provider. Your ticket purchase is a transaction between you and Linkstub, subject to Linkstub’s own terms of service, pricing, and refund policies. Club9 is not responsible for payment processing errors, refunds, or disputes handled through Linkstub — please contact Linkstub directly for ticketing support.

Event Conduct & Safety

Weapons, drugs, alcohol, smoking products, and any other illicit or harmful items are strictly prohibited at all Club9 events. Guests are expected to follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times.

Club9 and its affiliates reserve the right to deny entry to, or remove from any event, regardless of ticket holder status, any individual at our sole discretion, exercised in what we consider to be the best interests of the event, brand, guests, and/or venue.

We reserve the right to maintain a list of prohibited individuals and deny entry to future Club9 events, regardless of ticket holder status.

Liability for Damages

You are responsible for any damage you cause to venue property, equipment, or other people during a Club9 event, and agree to reimburse Club9 and/or the venue for the cost of repair or replacement.

Photo & Video Consent

Club9 and its partners may photograph and film guests at our events. By attending a Club9 event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed, and to Club9 using those photos and videos — including on our website, gallery, and social media (Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms) — for promotional purposes, without compensation to you. If you’d prefer not to be featured, let a Club9 team member know at the event, or email us at booking@club9nyc.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Applying to Join the Team

Submitting an application through our Apply page does not guarantee a role with Club9. We review applications and follow up with candidates directly. Any information submitted through the application form is used solely for recruiting purposes.

Website Use

This website and its content, including the Club9 name, logo, and event materials, belong to Club9 and may not be copied or used without our permission. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Club9 events are hosted at third-party venues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club9 is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance at an event or use of this website, except where caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You are liable for any damage you cause while using this site, obtaining a ticket, or attending an event, and are responsible for the resulting damages and related expenses.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or attendance at future events means you accept the current version of these Terms, as posted on this page.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Club9 website, or a Club9 event will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and conducted in New York, NY, or remotely by phone or video where available.

You and Club9 each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. If a parent or guardian is completing ticketing or an application on behalf of a minor, this arbitration agreement applies to them as well.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing booking@club9nyc.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, stating your name and that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
