These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Club9 Events (“Club9,” “we,” “us”) website and attendance at Club9 events. By using this site or attending a Club9 event, you agree to these Terms.
Who Can Attend
Club9 events are exclusively for high school students. Some nights may have additional grade, age, or school requirements, which will be listed on the event details. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet an event’s stated requirements.
Ticketing & Payments
All ticket sales and payment processing for Club9 events are handled entirely by Linkstub, an independent third-party ticketing provider. Your ticket purchase is a transaction between you and Linkstub, subject to Linkstub’s own terms of service, pricing, and refund policies. Club9 is not responsible for payment processing errors, refunds, or disputes handled through Linkstub — please contact Linkstub directly for ticketing support.
Event Conduct
Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited at all Club9 events. Guests are expected to follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times. Club9 reserves the right to remove anyone from an event, without refund, for behavior that endangers others, violates venue policy, or disrupts the event.
Applying to Join the Team
Submitting an application through our Apply page does not guarantee a role with Club9. We review applications and follow up with candidates directly. Any information submitted through the application form is used solely for recruiting purposes.
Website Use
This website and its content — including the Club9 name, logo, and event materials — belong to Club9 and may not be copied or used without our permission. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Club9 events are hosted at third-party venues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club9 is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance at an event or use of this website, except where caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or attendance at future events means you accept the current version of these Terms, as posted on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
